No Closing Cost Financing Agreement
Borrower(s) ____________________________________________ agree to enter into this No Closing Cost Financing Agreement with ROCKY MOUNTAIN LOAN SERVICES to apply for a residential mortgage loan from a participating lender with which we from time to time contract upon such terms and conditions as you may request or a lender may require. We ask you to pay $350 application fee once you decide to do to the mortgage with us and we will return back the $350 to you after we have the mortgage closing.
ROCKY MOUNTAIN LOAN SERVICES agrees to pay all the closing cost except the prepaid items. The closing costs include any of the following:
. Appraisal fee / Credit report fee
. Underwriting / process fees
. Tax cert / title insurance / closing fee
. Recording fee / Stamps fees
. Courier Fee
The prepaid items include any of the following:
. Interest
. Mortgage insurance
. Hazard insurance
. All taxes
. Flood insurance
Borrower(s) will stay with the same lender for 120 days starting from the disbursement date. Borrower(s) will reimburse to ROCKY MOUNTAIN LOAN SERVICES 3% of the original loan amount if such loan is paid-in-full within 120 calendar days after such loan is funded.
