I have personally used Joy Liu and Rocky Mountain Loan Services for refinancing both my personal home and my parents' home and rentals. I have been in the Real Estate Sales business for over 30 years and have hundreds of ads come through my office monthly. The purpose of this letter is to provide my highest personal recommendation for Ms. Joy Liu of Rocky Mountain Loan Services. Recently, I became very concerned about my home mortgage and a very high adjustable rate mortgage that I was paying on a monthly basis. I met with Joy and she advised me that she would be able to help me in lowering my percentage rate on my loan and thus lowering my monthly payment.
